PROPERTY COVERAGE – PART ONE


COVERAGE PART A - REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value

Coverage can be provided for your buildings, your personal property, your improvements and betterments to buildings you do not own, and personal property of your employees or elected officials at your covered locations for direct loss or damage by covered causes of loss, subject to policy exclusions, definitions and conditions. Coverage is extended to your personal property and personal property of your employees or elected officials at your covered locations if within 500 feet of covered locations indicated on the Buildings and Personal Property Schedule. Permanently attached equipment and machinery and freestanding property, such as fences, bleachers, lighting, signs, and playground equipment, should be included and described in your building values for each location. Owned or leased office equipment such as radios, cellular telephones, copiers, and fax machines, should be included and noted in your personal property values for each location.

COVERAGE PART B – ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Replacement Cost

Coverage is provided for your electronic data processing equipment and other electronic equipment for direct loss or damage by covered causes of loss (including mechanical breakdown), subject to policy exclusions and conditions. Coverage is provided both at covered locations and away from covered locations. Electronic Data Processing Equipment and components and telephone systems should be listed on the Electronic Data Processing Equipment Schedule.

COVERAGE PART C - MOBILE EQUIPMENT
Actual Cash Value

Coverage is provided for your mobile equipment for direct loss or damage by covered causes of loss, subject to policy exclusions and conditions. Coverage is provided both at covered locations and away from covered locations. Actual cash values for your mobile equipment, including bulldozers, tractors, forklifts, tools, and other equipment should be listed on the Mobile Equipment Schedule. You may also include your drug or attack police dogs with name and value for accidental injury or death coverage.

COVERAGE PART D – EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN

Coverage is provided for your equipment for direct loss or damage as a result of accidental breakdown by covered causes of loss, including your Boiler and Pressure Vessels (heating or process boilers and pressure vessels); Air Conditioning Equipment (air conditioning system motors, compressors and fans); Electrical Equipment (power transformers, switchboards, distribution panels, and circuit breakers); and Mechanical Equipment (compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, engines, and turbines), subject to policy exclusions and conditions. Coverage is also available for Newly Acquired Property, Expediting Expenses, Hazardous Substances, and Ammonia Contamination.

CRIME COVERAGE – PART TWO

COVERAGE A – EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY

Coverage is provided for loss from employee theft of money, securities, or property. Coverage can be written with a per loss limit, a per employee limit, a per position limit, or on a combination basis with a blanket limit for all employees and an additional limit for other key employees.

COVERAGE B – FORGERY OR ALTERATION

Coverage is provided for loss due to dishonesty in writing, signing, or altering of checks, drafts, or promissory notes by persons other than employees.

COVERAGE C - THEFT, DISAPPEARANCE OR DESTRUCTION

Coverage is provided for loss of money and securities both inside and outside of your premises as a result of theft, disappearance, or destruction caused by persons other than employees.

COVERAGE D - COMPUTER FRAUD

Coverage is provided for loss of money, securities, and other property by fraudulent computer transfer by someone other than employees.

WORKERS COMPENSATION COVERAGE

SECTION I - STATUTORY LIMITS
Medical and indemnity benefits payments are made to "paid employees" as outlined in the Tennessee Workers Compensation Law, subject to policy exclusions and conditions.

VOLUNTARY COMPENSATION COVERAGE
Workers Compensation coverage provides benefits only to persons meeting the definition of an employee. This leaves three classifications of "non-paid employees" with no medical and/or compensation benefits coverage. The Optional Voluntary Compensation coverage, offered by the TML Pool, provides medical and/or compensation benefits to the following three classifications of non-paid employees: Volunteer Firefighters, Auxiliary/Reserve Police Officers, and Elected Officials.

Voluntary Compensation Medical Coverage

The Voluntary Compensation Medical Coverage is an optional coverage that enables an employer to extend the medical benefits provided by the Tennessee Workers Compensation Law to non-paid employees while acting within the scope of assigned duties, subject to policy exclusions and conditions. Medical benefits are paid in accordance with the Workers Compensation Law of the State of Tennessee.

Voluntary Compensation Accident Coverage

The Voluntary Compensation Accident Coverage is an optional coverage that enables an employer to extend accident benefits to non-paid employees while acting within the scope of assigned duties, subject to policy exclusions and conditions.
