
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES GENERAL INFORMATION
The Administrative Services Department is usually the first point of contact with the TML Pool. Portraying the professional image of the Pool is one of the main goals of this department. Attitude and manner convey this image to the person on the other end of the line or the one receiving correspondence from the Pool.
A favorable first impression or continued impressions with each call may make the difference in whether the contact becomes a Pool member or might determine whether or not they stay a member.
The Administrative Staff, often referred to as the voices of the Pool, must be pleasant, ready, and willing to be of assistance. A positive attitude and good business manners must be reflected in their voices as these are vital to conveying the professional image to Pool members, the Board of Directors and others having verbal or written communication with our offices.
